Gin & Tonic
Terms of use
Last updated 23 September 2026.
The agreement
Gin & Tonic is published by Coralia Digital, the trading name of Coral Rose Page, based in Hull, England. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the app.
Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies to every app distributed through the App Store and is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these terms and Apple's agreement conflict on a point Apple's agreement covers, Apple's agreement applies.
Your licence
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Gin & Tonic on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Accounts
Signing in, including with Sign in with Apple, lets your daily deal streak, settings and history sync across your devices. You can delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time. The game itself is fully playable offline.
Purchases
Gin & Tonic is free to download and play. Going Pro is a single one-time purchase of £3.99 that unlocks Straight Gin, Oklahoma Gin, and deeper stats and history, and removes advertising forever. There is no subscription. All payments are taken and processed by Apple, not by Coralia Digital, and Apple's refund policy applies.
Prices may change for future purchasers. A purchase you have already made is not affected by a later price change.
Advertising
The free version shows occasional non-personalised ads between hands, served by Google AdMob, never mid-hand. Going Pro removes all ads.
Acceptable use
Please do not use the app to break the law, to interfere with the service or its other users, or to attempt to gain access to accounts, systems or data that are not yours. Access may be withdrawn where the app is being abused.
Availability and changes
The app is provided as it is, and features may be added, changed or withdrawn over time. Reasonable care is taken to keep it working, but no guarantee is given that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or compatible with every future version of iOS.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coralia Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including lost data, lost profits or lost time. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
Your data
How the app handles data is set out in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
